| If you decide to book a place on one of our one-to-one Polish language courses you might well stay in the house with Donata and her family. This Polish teacher lives in a large modern house on a small market-garden farm on the outskirts of the city of Gorzow, Poland. The house is a typical modern Polish house: comfortable but not luxurious. The house is set in 2 hectares of ground with a pond, beehives, dog and two cats. The city centre is ten minutes walk away and the nearest bus or tram stop less than 2 minutes from the house. A scenic cycle path route runs right past the front gate along the River Warta and bicycles are available for all guests to use. |

A photo of Donata (a Polish homestay teacher), her two younger sisters and their dog in the garden of their house in Gorzow. If you are placed with this teacher during your Polish language courses you will have your own room in their family house, have private lessons with Donata, and have your meals with the whole family. There will be plenty of time for sightseeing or to go shopping either in Gorzow or the nearby cities of Poznan, Szczecin, or Zielona Gora. Berlin is also less than two hours away by train or bus. Guided excursions to local attractions with one of our English-speaking drivers can be arranged at extra cost. |
| Polish food is great and during your stay you'll be able to sample many traditional Polish dishes, such as bigos, pierogi, zurek, and beetroot soup. In this photo you can see Donata's brother serving Zurek soup at the family table to guest students and his parents. We aim to offer you the full Polish experience during your stay and as much exposure to Polish as possible! |  |

Donata is a graduate in Polish Philology from the University of Szczecin and has five years of language teaching experience. She speaks English fluently and prides herself in being able to get students communicating in Polish in just a few hours. Lessons take place in her fully equipped language learning classroom. You may book as many lessons as you need or feel comfortable with a week. Lesson timings are flexible so you can arrange them to fit in with any plans you have for sightseeing. |
